Amy was the perfect person to help me with my past struggles of anxiety and stress. She was extremely supportive and genuine, which made me feel comfortable instantly. The work we did together helped me to gain control back over specific situations I otherwise wouldn’t know how to handle. I would encourage anyone suffering with anxiety to contact her.

Amy was fantastic at helping me with a number of things. I felt completely relaxed and at ease throughout our session, whilst addressing things that caused anxiety. I have been to therapy a few times before and it has never been so useful so quickly. Amy is very easy to talk to and seemed to pick out just the right tools and exercises to help me specifically.
